I know there's a few things I want to address but I have been rather busy this weekend trying to finish Stef and Tucker 5. It is just a little break from my story for Scumbags Season 2 and the story I have going on in the background. I might also try to get my Chester and Lester story for July done and the next Sex God story (sorry no link yet, but the first will be out on the 18th, only on godless).
Both things I want to address take time and care and I just don't have the time to do so right now. One of which I'll touch upon when I do the anniversary post of handing in my final degree assignment as dealing with these people and their enablers stole ten years of my life after I spent eight long years rebuilding it. (Which may or may not be posted on the actual anniversary, it is Eurovision Night that day and Eurovision.)
This obviously refers to Amber Heard's diagnosis. It isn't even the people with the BPD diagnosis that are the issue, it is their enablers (or in the case of the USA, a society that enables men with unstable personalities to be controlling and abusive because "they care" and "know what is best for the women in their lives" and shout the fucking loudest). I've made my opinion of enablers quite clear on social media over the years. People with BPD can and do recover, but when they're surrounded by enablers, they abuse people close to them, never heal and often times die (or drive the women in their lives far away).
The other issue I wanted to cover I will do so once I finish these summer releases. I've taken a bit of a break from the two bands I've been listening to since like January (I don't want to miss the rhythm of Snow White) to get these stories done. They're a bit too depressing for Stef and Tucker, definitely too depressing for Chester and Lester, and with Sex God, although I wrote the first one with these bands on I think the next two will benefit from not having them on. As long as I don't put on Coil* when writing my second Scumbags story, I'll be fine. And the story I have on in the background goes well with one of the two bands (the one with the most albums). I did touch on what not working on Snow White is doing last week. I really want to get back to it but if I do without these stories finished first, it'll be too much of a rush job and I won't be able to give it the attention it deserves.
I did find the time to get my nails done. No more ripped stockings for me :) I get gel nails so these should last a good three weeks. The gel has a bit of a sparkle to it.
*neither band is Coil, although I foresee editing both Snow White and the background story with Coil and Kraftwerk on. Once I start releasing Snow White, I might offer a prize if you can guess the bands correctly.
