As I've just posted, I'm in for a bit of an intense few months on the financial level. All these book sales help my situation immensely. So thank you, very very much. It is greatly appreciated. Like you have no idea how much.
If you've read the book and enjoyed it, you can also leave a review. I'm not sure how goodreads works, but I can access it enough to screenshot my reviews and use them in marketing. Plus, more reviews, means more book sales, which in turn means that the financial difficulty I'm in while paying back this first lot of debt is lessened. Unfortunately, every time I have managed to remove German Dani Brown's books, they've only reappeared on there (amazon is actually really good at removing them, even if the process is a pain in the arse). I don't know what is going to happen if any of my books get translated into German or if I decide to write something where the title implies it is about a conspiracy theory (you do get some conspiracy theory in some of my books, even in Ketamine Addicted Pandas with the Nazi UFO theories, which is where the flying saucers came from). Then of course, there's Dan Brown of Da Vinci Code fame (who must be really fed up of telling people his books are fiction), but his books don't show up on my goodreads.
So even if you are buying books that I didn't self-publish, it still helps immensely. I will track down missing payments, but if there's a larger amount, it makes it easier to do.
I did have a bit of a surprise when I checked amazon this morning and saw that 3 of a Kind sold somewhat recently. My Morbidbooks releases did well up to and during the first lockdown, but after that I was so focused on self-publishing, that I haven't really promoted those ones. Most of them were my early books, but 3 of a Kind was my first release of 2018. I was mentally in a bad place because the bad was gone, but the last of the bad, decided to take my proverbial shattered pieces of my life and blow them into the proverbial wind. When 3 of a Kind came out I still hadn't figured out a way to build the bridge from the day after I handed in my degree to nine and a half years later (nor was I aware of the level of damage that was done to my life). The book came out in January of that year, I figured out how to build that bridge somewhere between mid-February and mid-March. And of course, amazon decided not to link the kindle and paperback versions. I hope whoever purchased that enjoys it. I put a new section on my website, that groups my books together instead of listing them by first published order, so I will eventually put all the Morbidbooks releases together in that section too (I'm not removing the books section on here, at least not any time soon).
I haven't been keeping really good track of book sales these last few weeks. Trying to sort out this debt and then it triggers a PTSD reaction because I know where it came from, plus there's been people trying to create drama situations about of positive things. But thank you so much for buying. Those royalty payments have taken me out of tight situations in the past.
If you are buying my self published ebooks, you want to buy them on godless, where they are so much cheaper. Some titles I only release on godless. My computer is still being awkward so you'll have to search me on there. It is very easy, just type "dani brown" into "what the fuck are you looking for".
The paperback for Stef and Tucker Mile High will be released just after Chester and Lester's Christmas in July Special, which is hitting Godless on the 27th. The paperbacks for the first four are on amazon. They're only very short books, between 9-16 k each, so you can read in one sitting on your tablet, kindle or phone. I know the artwork for that third one is popular though so people buy the paperback. I will eventually put either the cover, or similar digital art on my redbubble page.
And again, all the JEA published books that I have reissued are now on amazon. When I'm self-publishing and intend on releasing on amazon, I always give godless about one month of exclusivity. I know some people wanted the paperbacks though. If you want the ebooks, they're cheaper on godless.

- Dark Roast, this is the short and weird one with the genetically modified coffee.
- The Previous Plastic Surgeon, this one is gory and the boyfriend is a total dickhead with mommy-issues.
- Reptile, this one has something horrible and disgusting on each and every page. Contains scenes of extreme sexual violence and a subversion of BDSM. Then it gets weird. Really fucking weird, but still really horrible (or even worse, and it is super disgusting).
- And of course, Ketamine Addicted Pandas. Take ket, eat baboon brains and burn it all.
