Summer is usually a shitty time for book sales. It wasn't for me this year. So thank you dear readers very much. I know I don't have much time to check book sales much anymore but I do try so let's have a look at the stars of this past week...
My Lovely Wife, I think it is my debut's second time on the list since I started monitoring them earlier in the year. If you are liking that particular book, you could try any of these:
Or you can mix things up a bit and read from the victim's point of view:
And the second place this week seems to be going to Broccoli. I really hope this is the most disturbing book someone has read. It is at least very disgusting. If you like that, I don't really know what to suggest to read after. My other books are disturbing and disgusting but not in the same way as Broccoli.
Thanks for the book sales. And please leave a review.
I need to get back to finishing these two books now. As this is the busiest time of year for me, my posts may slow down, both on here and social media. I will do my best though, but life does get in the way this time of year. I'm sure I will post before January though, but maybe not every week until then.
My Lovely Wife, I think it is my debut's second time on the list since I started monitoring them earlier in the year. If you are liking that particular book, you could try any of these:
- Stara - that's the baby slurry bath one
- The Previous Plastic Surgeon - because Jerusalem (or Salem when he's in the mood) needs to re-learn his forgotten plastic surgery skills. He had them in a past life.
- Reptile - this one is just disgusting. Everyone is victim. Everyone is a perpetuator. And there's flying ants. This was probably this summer's absolute best seller as well, so if you missed it, now is the time to catch it.
Or you can mix things up a bit and read from the victim's point of view:
- Name Dropping With Hayden - he kills her and fucks her corpse while eating maggots off it, her ghost pretends to be Michael Jackson and takes sweet revenge on him.
- Becoming - a slow drawn out death, but you have to read to the end for everything to make sense. No rape fantasy. No rape revenge. Only reality.
