Last week I had a message on Twitter (now X but no one actually calls it that except for Elon Musk Fan-bois and I'm not even sure they do). It makes me so happy, especially considering he doesn't know about bizarro and extreme horror.

I haven't posted on here since January. I haven't even posted the videos my friend made for me yet. I have been a bit busy if you can't tell by exploring my website. 

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Stephen Cooper via Twitter for a JPeg of the cover of Satan's Yeast Infection for this video. And I'm just so pleased Satan's Yeast Infection was included.

Sometimes I think people forget about me because I refuse to involve myself in drama and just keep my head down and get on with things (seriously, I've experienced enough drama in my life and try to avoid it whenever possible). So it is always nice to be included. Nor do I blindly agree with people either (that also comes with problems within the horror community). And all brown-nosers send up major red flags so I try to disengage whenever possible. So as you can see, on social media, I sink beneath that mess. And it is the people involved that get the mentions and the book sales because they're memorable.  

Satan's Yeast Infection is my first attempt to have Marmite removed from supermarket shelves. It was written around the time Marmite Peanutbutter replaced Reese's Peanutbutter on the shelf. 

And yes, posting about it on social media did risk some drama. I did nearly report one guy to the relevant authorities for some of his comments because they were entering disordered eating territory. My crime? Eating peanutbutter instead of Marmite. Some people just don't get tongue-in-cheek humour.
